(1) I think microfinancing is a great way to help the poor who have very little opportunities to earn a living. It gives them a hope and a future.
(2)No, there are many people living in poverty and therefore loans cannot be given to everyone.
(3)Yes, Singapore does help the poor. There is the financial assistance scheme that helps them. There are also coupons given to children in Primary school whose families are in financial difficulties.
